#### 概要

*レポート → アクションログ*セクションで、ユーザーはアクション内で実行された操作（通知、リモートコマンド）の詳細を表示できます。

|*アクション*|操作の原因となるアクションの名前が表示されます|
|*タイプ*|操作タイプが表示されます - *Eメール*または*コマンド*|
|*送信先*|通知受信者のユーザー名、名前、苗字（括弧内）、および電子メールアドレスが表示されます。|
|*メッセージ*|メッセージ/リモートコマンドの内容が表示されます。<br>リモートコマンドは、コロン記号 `<host>:<command>`でターゲットホストから区切られます。リモートコマンドがZabbixサーバーで実行される場合、情報の形式は次のとおりです。 `Zabbixサーバー:<コマンド>|
|*ステータス*|動作ステータスが表示されます：<br>*実行中* - アクションが実行中です<br>実行中のアクションの場合、サーバーが通知の送信を試行する残りの再試行回数が表示されます。<br> *送信済み* - 通知が送信されました<br>*実行済み* - コマンドが実行されました<br>*送信されていません* - アクションが完了していません。|
|*情報*|アクションの実行に関するエラー情報（存在する場合）が表示されます。|

**フィルターの使用**

フィルタを使用して、メッセージの受信者ごとにレコードを絞り込むことができます。検索パフォーマンスを向上させるために、データは未解決のマクロで検索されます。

フィルタは*アクションログ*バーの下にあります。*フィルター*タブをクリックすると、開いたり折りたたんだりできます。

**期間セレクター**

[期間セレクター](/manual/config/visualization/graphs/simple#time_period_selector)を使用すると、マウスを1回クリックするだけでフィルタ期間を選択できます。期間セレクターは、フィルターの横にある期間タブをクリックして開くことができます。

#### Buttons

The button at the top right corner of the page offers the following option:

If a filter is applied, only the filtered records will be exported.<br>In the exported CSV file the columns "Recipient" and "Message" are divided into several columns - "Recipient's Zabbix username", "Recipient's name", "Recipient's surname", "Recipient", and "Subject", "Message", "Command".|

#### Using filter

The filter is located below the *Action log* bar.
It can be opened and collapsed by clicking on the *Filter* tab at the top right corner of the page.

You may use the filter to narrow down the records by notification recipients, actions, media types, status,
or by the message/remote command content (*Search string*).
For better search performance, data is searched with macros unresolved.

#### Time period selector

The [time period selector](/manual/config/visualization/graphs/simple#time_period_selector) allows to select often required periods with one mouse click.
The time period selector can be opened by clicking on the time period tab next to the filter.
