#### 概述

更新操作可用于以下事件源的动作中：

-   *触发器* - 当问题被其他用户[更新](/manual/acknowledgment#updating-problems)时，即添加评论、确认、严重性已更改、已关闭（手动）；
-   *服务* - 当服务的严重性已更改，但服务仍未恢复时。

请注意，用户不会收到关于其自身更新的通知。

更新操作同时支持消息和远程命令。  
虽然可以添加多个操作，但不支持升级处理——所有操作都会分配到同一个步骤，因此将同时执行。

#### 配置更新操作

要配置更新操作，请按以下步骤操作：

1.  在[action 配置](/manual/config/notifications/action#configuring-an-action)表单中，转到 *操作* 选项卡。

2.  要配置新的更新操作，请在 *更新操作* 部分中单击 *添加*。
要编辑现有操作，请单击该操作旁边的 *编辑*。
