A......... [ZBX-7660] fixed host.get returning the "templates" property even if the "templateids" parameter is not used

Before the fix:
- Since a host "templateid" property has been implemented in ZBXNEXT-1633, performing a host.get request with output "extend" would also return a "templates" array for each host.

After the fix:
- The "templates" array is now returned only when using the "templateids" parameter with output "extend" or "refer".
