..F....... [ZBX-7391] fixed items belonging to multiple applications being displayed only under the first one in the latest data page

Before the fix:
- When an item belonged to several applications, it was only displayed under the first application in the latest data page. Broken in r38824.

After the fix:
- The item is now displayed under each application.
