.......PS. [ZBXNEXT-1675] added support for user macros and time units in item and LLD rule update intervals:
  - removed flexitem cache;
  - separated flexible interval parsing and validation from nextcheck calculations;
  - added length parameter to is_time_suffix() to allow in-string validation;
  - items and LLD rules will become "notsupported" and won't be checked until interval gets fixed;
  - macro resolution during configuration sync is naïve and should be optimized later
