........S. [ZBXNEXT-1689] multiple configuration API changes related to delta items and item queue:

* DCget_delta_items(), DCget_item_queue() now works with pre-created hashsets/vectors instead of
  creating by themselves.
* removed additional nextcheck calculation for proxy hosts
* DCget_item_queue() now returns the number of queued items and the vector parameter is optional.
