...G...... [ZBXNEXT-3687] Partially revert previous commit

The work on revision r66523 was not necessary, simply because the cpu
statistics shared memory segment was left out of reallocation. So, keep
the previous commit and add the destruction marking for the cpu stats
shared memory (it will never be reallocated).
