..F....... [ZBX-8701] fixed disabled web scenarios being displayed in the web monitoring widget

Before the fix:
- If a host group had disabled web scenarios and at least one enabled, all of the enabled scenarios would be displayed in the "Web monitoring" widget on the dashboard.

After the fix:
- Disabled web scenarios are no longer displayed in the widget.
