.......PS. [ZBX-7621] when discovering virtual machine devices use device description in item name

In the process virtual disk detection was reworked. Before virtual disk device instances were 
retrieved from performance manager by querying associated performance counters. Now the virtual
disks are created by parsing the virtual machine configuration similarly to network devices.
