...G....S. [ZBX-13730] reverted bogus changes & added limits

Reverted all unnecessary changes dealing with zbxregexp module.
Kept changes that replace pcreposix with pcre.
Added match_limit & match_limit_recursion setting to pcre_exec() calls
via pcre_extra struct. Setting them to be 10x smaller than defaults.
