..F....... [ZBX-7639] fixed error when trying to replace host groups and add a new host group at the same time in the host mass update form

Before the fix:
- When you opened the host mass update form and try to both replace the existing host groups and add new ones, an "illegal string offset" error would be displayed.

After the fix:
- The form is submitted without any errors.
