...G...... [ZBX-11902] fixed CPU count for LPAR partitions

On an IBM AIX LPAR, we do not want to return statistics for the
whole machine, but only for the monitored partition.
Change the cpu counts for retrieving the values from the current
partition configuration and not from the global database,
