........S. [ZBX-11951] Fix macro expansion in trigger expressions

Fix the broken expansion of {TRIGGER.VALUE} that was broken
during the introduction of a previous functionality. Now the
macro is expanded properly. Probably some performances
impact will be caused by this fix.
