........S. [ZBXNEXT-4002] added checks for HTTP transport errors

Previously, the checks for the HTTP transport errors (> 400), was
missing from the server.
Enable the option and also add a check for it separately while
sending data.
Re-trying to send data if they are incorrect have little sense, so
don't do that.
