 - [ZBXNEXT-738] Made changes to fix some issues found while testing:
 updated jQuery to 1.6.1;
 rewritten blinking to use jQuery instead of prototype;
 make UNKNOWN gray again (1);
 added new schema to events in monitoring->triggers (2);
 added maxlength and space between sections in form (3);
 changed 'restore defaults' to use prop() (9);
 made new schema available in events and dashboard (12);
