note that this is the initial approach to ilustrate the intent

* columns "description" and "return value" are used.
* "description" is used as is
* first letter of "return value" is lowercased and prefixed with "Returns "
* some exceptions aply to lowercasing (like "JSON")
* newlines are replaced with "; "
