..F....... [ZBX-8702] changed the default graph palette to generate the first line in green color and the second in red

Before the fix:
- Before implementing ZBXNEXT-570 the line of the latest data graph was drawn in green color. After that it was changed to red.

After the fix:
- To keep the default color palette consistent for different graphs, it will now generate the green color first, and then the red. This will affect the graphs on the latest data page and the default colors for normal graphs. It will also change palette nr. 4 for bar reports.
