...G...PS. [DEV-4137] swapped out printf(3) markers for macros in zabbix_log() calls

To conserve a little bit of horizontal space, changed the zabbix_log()
call argument indentation as well. I'd like to side-by-side my diffs as
well.

Add an include of zbxtypes.h, because we use types from declared there
(zbx_fs_size_t).
