..F....... [ZBX-8753] fixed host mass update form being canceled when trying to change host inventory type

Before the fix:
- When opening the host mass update form and trying to change the inventory type the frontend would exit to the host list

After the fix:
- The inventory select has been remade to use JS to toggle in the inventory input fields and the form works correctly.
