.......PS. [ZBXNEXT-1263] fixed logging of false PSK identity (issue 125)

In case of mbedTLS a peer PSK identity was logged as '\0'-terminated string although it was not.
This fix changes logging of peer PSK identity to use its length for all 3 crypto libraries.
