..F....... [ZBX-7858] fixed some triggers not being displayed in Monitoring -> Triggers

Before the fix:
- When fetching triggers for the Monitoring -> Triggers page no sorting has been applied. That means, that we selected random "search_limit" triggers and then sorted them, which may have resulted in some triggers not being displayed at all.

After the fix:
- Sorting is applied when retrieving triggers and no triggers are missing.
