...G...PS. [ZBX-13660] fixed data types passed to is_ushort() for converting PID, port and process number

 - fixed type of 'port' variable in process_dhis_data() to prevent uninitialized bytes in the variable,
 - fixed conversion of PID and Zabbix process number in parse_log_level_options() to prevent
   uninitialized bytes in returned 'data' argument,
 - fixed data types to avoid runtime warnings like 'control.c:163:13: runtime error: left shift of 32768
   by 16 places cannot be represented in type 'int' and compiler warnings.
 - fixed zbx_function_find() test environment for 32-bit systems
