........S. [ZBXNEXT-1675] fixed a couple of issues with item counting (LLD rules and prototypes were counted as items, notsupported items were double-counted as supported); additionally all items and triggers on disabled hosts are now counted as disabled and triggers of disabled items are counted as disabled
