........S. [ZBXNEXT-3877] Make type checks more consistent

Instead of providing yet another list of macros (or enum), for the history service
type checks, just use the existing one and change how the bitmask of the
HISTORY_SERVICE_OPTS variable is composed. In this way if we change or
add the value of the types, it will be easily adapted in the future.
To note that the value of the ZBX_HISTORY_SERVICE_ENABLED macro is set
to 8, when it could be 5. This for leaving room for future adding of new types
without immediately clashing with the item types enumerator.
