[ZBXNEXT-6470,ZBXNEXT-6980] reverted back and fixed the validation rule for interfaceid field that raised the undefined index error; added the extending of items input array with host_status and flags fields after the validation for item.update and item.prototype.update API methods; simplified code as the result of the previous mentioned change; saved host_status field after items or item prototypes creation for the future internal use in inheritance; fixed incorrect check of host interfaces for items and item prototypes; improved the error messages related to host interfaces for items and item prototypes
