........S. [ZBXNEXT-4108] change {ITEM.LASTVALUE} resolution

When resolved in trigger description (MACRO_TYPE_TRIGGER_DESCRIPTION)
the {ITEM.LASTVALUE} will now resolve as the same as {ITEM.VALUE.
