A.F....... [ZBXNEXT-1675] changes:
- implemented suffix and macro support in lld rule update intervals;
- changed history and trend validation to accept also seconds instead of just days;
- moved history and trend validation to another function;
- removed previously added custom suffix passing as parameter to SimpleIntervalParser;
- minor code refactoring.
