..F....... [ZBX-7703] updated .htaccess files to be compatible with Apache 2.4

Before the fix:
- In Apache 2.4 the authentication syntax has changed, which caused syntax errors if mod_access_compat is disabled.

After the fix:
- The files have been rewritten to support both Apache 2.2 and 2.4
