........S. [ZBXNEXT-4108] add a new {EVENT.NAME} macro

The new macro will resolve to the name field associated with an
event. The proper string will be resolved automatically, as the
proper value (a trigger description, an error message, or an empty
string) is stored in the name column of the events table.
