........S. [ZBXNEXT-4108] added 'name' field to DB_EVENT structure

The DB_EVENT structure received a new 'name' field. Also, add the
handling of the insertion of the new 'name' field for both the events
and problem tables. This as the groundwork for the next diffs that
will add the final 'name' processing for the various event types.
