........S. [ZBXNEXT-3877] Do not send trends to history service

If the history service is used, we do not calculate and send trends for the
value types managed by the history service. This mean that the history
service will receive only history data.
If a value type is not managed by the history service, we will calculate and
store the trends data in the zabbix database as usual.
