...G...PS. [ZBXNEXT-1263] added zbx_psk_callback() (unfinished!), few changes and bugfixes:

    - new arguments added to zbx_tcp_connect(),
    - zbx_tcp_connect() argument 'secure' renamed to 'tls_connect',
    - zbx_tcp_accept() argument 'secure' renamed to 'tls_accept',
    - improved comments,
    - fixed logical bugs,
    - fixed setting of ciphersuites.
