...G...PS. [ZBX-15677] fixed the process of compiling the dummy.c module

  ...G...PS. [ZBX-15677] suggested style fix, module.h when not used in modules will never enter ifdef that will only be true whem compiled with dummy.c so moved to dummy.c also zbxtypes.c already have uint64_t defined so left it as is
  ...G...PS. [ZBX-15677] removed dependency on zbxtypes.h to compile an external user module
