........S. [ZBXNEXT-384] added support of new notification macros {ACTION.*} and {EVENT.RECOVERY.*}; {EVENT.*} macros now return information of the events which triggered an action

New macros:
  {ACTION.ID}
  {ACTION.NAME}
  {EVENT.RECOVERY.ID}
  {EVENT.RECOVERY.DATE}
  {EVENT.RECOVERY.TIME}
  {EVENT.RECOVERY.STATUS}
  {EVENT.RECOVERY.VALUE}

New behavior:
  In recovery messages macros {EVENT.*} (except {EVENT.RECOVERY.*}) return information of the event which triggered an action.
