....I..... [RSM-1] added one of the actions, on the way:
 - moved "Probes Status" host with all its items, triggers and application to the default database contents;
 - renamed it to "Probe statuses";
 - fixed wrong macro in EPP-enabled online probe trigger;
 - created a user group and user specifically for using them in actions;
 - sorted out host group permissions for this user group;
 - added Script media type and respective action user media.
