.......... [RSM-1] 647,650: added support for new templates to scripts

NB! templates.tmpl is not complete with this commit. As agreed,
final template.tmpl changes will be done after db upgrade patches
finished to avoid merge conflicts.

templates.tmpl of this commit has Template Probe Errors removed, but
Template Probe Status, Template <Service> Status are not added yet.
These can be applied as .xmls from ICA-647,ICA-650
