........S. [ZBX-11805] Replaced zbx_strcpy_alloc with zbx_snprintf_alloc

The %s escape used in the log message was not used correctly and it was
appearing in the logs. Replace the call with zbx_snprintf_alloc and also
pass as argument the item key belonging to the error.
