........S. [ZBXNEXT-4108] added trigger events and problem handling

In the moment we add an event to the global array, populate the 'name'
field with the expanded trigger description. This field will end up in
both the events.name and problem.name fields (both for recovery and
problem events).
The problem.name field will be populated only when a problem is in
effect generated.
